How to Delete Your Account and Data

- Navigate to your Profile section
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page
- Click on "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account
Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including booking history, membership information, and personal details will be permanently removed from our systems.
Option 2: Contact Us
Email us at Support@universalifestyle.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 7 business days.
Please include your registered email address and name in the deletion request to help us locate your account.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove your data from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information for compliance or legal purposes.
